Cheryl Parker joined Prudential California Realty, specializing in Land Investment & Business/Commercial listings and sales.   With over 20 years in Commercial Lending, Cheryl has a diverse background in lending/finance and real estate, and previously served as a Business Consultant with the Commercial Banking Division of Wells Fargo Bank in the Inland Empire.

Cheryl has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Banking Industry for 20 years, working primarily with Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Physicians and Developers, to obtain financing for Real Estate, Business Banking and Treasury Managment for these clients.  Her goal was to provide outstanding Customer Service while providing quality products and also working as a liason between other divisions of the bank.   

As an investor, Cheryl personally experienced the market fluctations of the 90's in Southern California, and works with many lenders to ensure her clients ways to structure transactions in this ever changing economy of the future.

Cheryl has worked at Prudential since leaving Wells Fargo Bank in 2004, and looks forward to serving many of the same clients in the purchasing and selling of Commercial and Residential Real Estate.  She is an active member of the Inland Board of Realtors, and a CCIM Candidate.  Cheryl completed most of her undergraduate work at California State Polytechic University, Pomona and obtained her Bacherlor of Arts Degree from Excelsior College, in Albany NY.  

Cheryl is a native of Southern California, and has lived in Riverside for the last 13 years.  Cheryl and her family are active members at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside and are devoted to serving their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by example and commitment to do the very best job they can throughout their work, school and personal lives.
